# Privacy Policy **Last updated: April 26, 2026** RepRise ("we", "our", or "us") operates the RepRise AI Workout Tracker mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. --- ## 1. Who We Are RepRise is an independent mobile application developer. Information We Collect ### Account Data When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). You may also use the App anonymously without an account, in which case a temporary anonymous identifier is assigned to your session. ### Workout & Training Data We collect exercise logs, workout routines, sets, reps, weights, RIR (Reps in Reserve), intensity scores, and progress history that you voluntarily enter into the App. This data is stored in Firebase Firestore. ### Body Measurement Data If you choose to log body measurements — including body weight, body fat percentage, neck, waist, hip, and other circumferences — this data is stored in Firebase Firestore. This data is entered voluntarily and is not collected automatically. ### Profile Data We collect basic profile information you provide during onboarding, including age, height, weight, gender, and fitness goals. This information is used solely to personalize the App experience and AI coaching responses. ### Usage & Analytics Data We collect information about how you use the App, including feature interactions, session duration, screen views, and in-app events via Firebase Analytics. ### Device & Technical Data We may collect device type, operating system version, app version, and crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics to maintain App stability. --- ## 3. How We Use Your Data We use collected data to: - Provide, maintain, and improve the App - Personalize your training, recovery, and body composition experience - Generate AI-powered coaching insights and weekly reports - Process and manage your subscription - Send push notifications you have opted into - Diagnose technical issues and crashes - Comply with legal obligations --- ## 4. Data Transmitted to AI Services When you use AI coaching or weekly report features, the following data is transmitted to OpenAI's API to generate personalized responses: - Recent workout sessions (exercise names, sets, reps, weights, RIR) - Recovery status - Body measurement snapshots - Basic profile data (age, height, weight, gender, fitness goal) **We do not use this data to train AI models.** Data is transmitted only to generate your response and is subject to OpenAI's data retention policies. App Store Privacy Nutrition Label The App Store privacy label reflects the following: - **Data linked to you**: Email address (when signed in with email/Apple ID), workout data, body measurements, and profile information are associated with your account. - **Data not linked to you**: Anonymous usage analytics and crash diagnostics are collected in aggregated or anonymized form and are not linked to your identity. If you use the App anonymously (without creating an account), your data is stored locally and under a temporary anonymous identifier. It is not linked to your personal identity unless you sign in. --- ## 6. Health & Fitness Data RepRise does not integrate with Apple HealthKit. All workout and measurement data is entered manually by you and stored within our service. We do not share health or fitness data with advertisers or use it for targeted advertising. The data you enter into RepRise — including body measurements and workout history — constitutes user-entered fitness content. It is not automatically collected biometric or clinical health data. --- ## 8. Data Retention We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time using the **Delete Account** feature within the App. Upon deletion, your data is removed from our active systems. Residual copies in backups may persist for up to 30 days before permanent deletion. --- ## 9. Data Security We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and Firebase security rules. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. --- ## 10. Children's Privacy The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us at reprise.wt@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly. --- ## 11. Your Rights Depending on your location, you may have the right to: - Access the personal data we hold about you - Request correction of inaccurate data - Request deletion of your data (available in-app via Delete Account) - Withdraw consent for optional data processing - Lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority **For EU/EEA users:** You may exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by contacting us at reprise.wt@gmail.com. International Data Transfers Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States, by our third-party service providers (Google/Firebase, OpenAI, Supabase, RevenueCat).
