Unbet ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by Muhammed Enes Keskin. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Unbet.

- Name — entered during onboarding, used to personalize your experience
- Age range — used to tailor recovery content
- Gambling history — duration, frequency, budget estimates entered during onboarding
- Recovery goals and motivations — used to personalize your plan
- Craving logs — intensity, triggers, and breathing session data
- Relapse entries — date, feelings, and optional notes you choose to log
- Savings entries — amounts you manually enter
Information Collected Automatically
- Anonymous user ID — generated automatically via Firebase Authentication; no email or password required
- App usage analytics — onboarding steps completed, feature usage (via Firebase Analytics); this data is aggregate and not linked to your identity
- Subscription status — managed by RevenueCat; we receive confirmation of active or inactive subscription, not payment details
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize your recovery experience
- To calculate your streak, savings, and recovery insights
- To improve the app based on aggregate usage patterns
- To manage your subscription and restore purchases
3. Data Storage
- On your device: Most of your personal recovery data (streak, relics, craving logs, relapse entries, savings) is stored locally on your device using SwiftData and UserDefaults. This data is not uploaded to our servers.
- Firebase: Your anonymous user ID and onboarding completion status are stored in Firebase Firestore. No personally identifiable information is required or stored.
- RevenueCat: Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat. Their privacy policy applies: revenuecat.com/privacy
4. Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your email address
- We do not collect your phone number
- We do not collect precise location data
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not display third-party advertising

Unbet is not directed at children under the age of 9. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 9.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You can also delete all your data directly within the app via Settings → Delete My Account.
8. Data Retention
Your local data remains on your device until you delete the app or use Settings → Reset All Data. Anonymous Firebase data is retained for up to 12 months for analytics purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
